Festival Terms & Conditions
Tickets and Glamping are subject to a 7 day cooling off period during which time a refund may be requested if you change your mind for any reason. The refund will be subject to an admin fee. After this period has passed, all orders are strictly non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled or postponed then you will be offered the choice to exchange your booking for a future event or claim a full refund. Aerial Escapes shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs.
If any part of the event is cancelled, and no reasonable alternative put in place, then a partial refund will be issued equal to the value of the cancelled proportion.
No one will be permitted on site without a ticket to the event.
As a condition of the sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded during the event for Aerial Escapes promotion and marketing.
Aerial Escapes reserves the right to make changes to the activities and timetable at any time and without prior notice.
Aerial Escapes accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
If you cause damage to the venue, campsite and/or any equipment used during the event then you will be required to reimburse all costs incurred.
Camping and Glamping is provided by a third party supplier and has a separate schedule to the festival events. All attendees must vacate the campsite by 10am on the final day of the event.
You will not be permitted to participate in aerial activities if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You are only permitted to use aerial equipment when under the supervision of an Aerial Escapes instructor.
You acknowledge the physical demands associated with aerial activities and attest that you are physically fit to participate safely in the event activities and that a qualified medical practitioner has not advised otherwise.
You recognise that participation in the aerial training and supplementary classes offered during the event entails risks that could result in personal injury and death. By continuing with this booking you are agreeing to accept these risks and take responsibility for your actions.
